  • Shoulder to Overhead 95/65#
  • Pull-ups
  • Toes-to-Bar *
  • Double Unders *
  • Kettle Bell Swings 55/35#
  • Rope Climbs *
  • Burpees
  • Box Jumps 24/20″
  • Wall Ball Shots 20/14#
